Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Beatzit Medicare is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging and within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition,and as quickly as possible, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

 

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

We offer free shipping for orders over Rs.200/-. In case of bulk orders, or orders where shipping charges are extensive, we will reach out to you personally about the additional charges. Our prices are all-inclusive.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Typically your order is delivered within 7 to 8 working days unless there are some unforeseen circumstances like COVID or a disruption in the logistics network beyond control of the delivery partners. Delivery of all orders will be to the address stated when placing your order. Please check out the individual product page for shipping details of each product. Customized orders take longer to ship. If you have multiple products in your order with different shipping times, please consider the delivery time of the product with the longest lead time, as your entire order will be shipped together once all the products are ready. As soon as we ship you will be notified via email with a Tracking ID so you know when to expect it.

What if the product received is damaged?

If you have received a damaged product, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care number, or email us at beatzitmedicare@gmail.com with your Order ID with the photo(s) of the damaged product. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 

Damaged or defective products are eligible for return. You will be offered an exchange or a full refund of the product. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us an email with the photo(s) of the product to beatzitmedicare@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
